The company has taken over the entire 75,000-square-foot building at 100 Philips Parkway, located between CA Ferolie and Ametek Coining Inc. The company\u2019s arrival represents a significant commercial investment for Montvale, with Stack Street Coffee occupying the entire 100 Philips Parkway building. According to Mayor Ghassali, Stack Street Coffee ultimately stood out because of its plans for the property and its investment in Montvale.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cOnce Stack Street Coffee selected Montvale, our team moved quickly to work through the required permits and approvals,\u201d Mayor Ghassali said. \u201cWe understood that timing mattered and that delays could jeopardize the deal. Borough staff worked together to secure the necessary permits and approvals quickly so Stack Street Coffee could close on the property and move forward with its plans.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The mayor said the new business will help strengthen Montvale\u2019s commercial tax base while bringing jobs and economic activity to the community.
