Wilkes Deli was known for its traditions spanning generations and famous potato salad, which has a recipe that is still a secret to this day. The Wilkes family announced Gino&#8217;s as its spiritual successor, and the new deli <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DalC2RKlnd1\/?img_index=1\">has soft-opened<\/a> as of the start of July. It has yet to release a full menu, but is receiving praise for its sandwiches (notably the chicken cutlet).<\/p>\n<p>Gino&#8217;s Deli&#8217;s current hours are Monday to Saturday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and free parking can be found in front of the building.
