Thank you for your loyalty and support. It has meant everything to us. We\u2019ve been honored to serve you and be a part of this community. That afternoon, staff gathered together for a final photo in front of the diner\u2019s sign, with some employees in tears.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One Google reviewer wrote: \u201cIt\u2019s so sad to hear that this diner we\u2019ve known for 40 years has permanently closed. So many memories were made there, sharing great meals with friends, laughing, and spending hours just sitting and chatting. It was more than just a place to <a href=\"https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/bergen\/bergen-county-new-food-updates-april-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eat<\/a>, it felt like a second home. We even had our favorite waiter, Rahman\u2026such a kind and funny guy who always made our visits extra special. He was part of what made that place unforgettable.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>A Hackensack Staple<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Coach House has been a <a href=\"https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/bergen\/outdoor-dining-bergen-county-nj\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dining<\/a> staple in Hackensack since 1982, serving the community classic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hobokengirl.com\/best-brunch-hoboken\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">breakfast<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/bergen\/new-restaurants-bergen-county-nj-february-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lunch<\/a> favorites for four decades.
