Segovia organizes its menu into sections, beginning with tapas (over 30 to choose from), followed by daily specials, featured seafood, cuts of red meat, traditional seafood dishes, more meat varieties (including chicken, pork, and veal), and flavorful sides to complete any meal. Segovia accepts reservations, and we highly recommend making one, as the restaurant is consistently busy no matter when one arrives. The hours of operation are Monday + Tuesday from 12PM-9PM, Wednesday + Thursday from 12PM-9:30PM, Friday + Saturday from 12PM-10PM, and Sunday from 12PM-9PM.
